4. Booking and Payments
4.1 Booking
- All bookings must be made through the Hallo Ryder Delivery website.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via email.
- For shared bookings, users may be paired with other passengers.
4.2 Payments
- Payments must be made online through the payment gateway provided on the website.
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and availability.
- All payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip for a partial refund (50% of the booking fee).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.
- Hallo Ryder Delivery reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6. Driver Assignment
- Drivers are assigned based on availability and booking requirements.
- Users will be informed of driver details prior to the trip.
- Hallo Ryder Delivery ensures all drivers are licensed and qualified.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Hallo Ryder Delivery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic.
