Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Hallo Ryder Delivery, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds can be made.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may cancel their bookings under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded 50% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Hallo Ryder Delivery-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Hallo Ryder Delivery needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered either:

  • A full refund of the booking amount, or
  • An option to reschedule the booking without any additional charges.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Bookings cancelled by the customer as per the conditions outlined in section 2.1.
  • Bookings cancelled by Hallo Ryder Delivery as per the conditions outlined in section 2.2.

3.2 Refund Process

To request a refund, customers should contact our customer service team at info@selfyclub.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during booking.

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Customer no-show at the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Incorrect or incomplete booking information provided by the customer.
  • Partial service availed by the customer (e.g., customer decides to end the trip early).
